At glozxex, we are committed to providing high-quality, sustainable lawn and garden care products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return Policy carefully to understand our procedures regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Product Returns

Return Eligibility

You may return most unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging with all labels intact
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or show signs of use
  • Perishable goods such as living plants, seeds, or soil that has been exposed to the elements
  • Custom-blended products or services specifically formulated for your property
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Gift cards

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@glozxex.world or +1 647 546 5296 to request a return authorization.
  2. Our team will provide you with specific instructions and a return authorization number.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging along with your receipt and return authorization number.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

2. Refunds

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to verify its condition. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

For credit card purchases, refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your credit card company's policies.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Items returned with signs of use or damage
  • Items missing parts or accessories
  • Items that have been opened and cannot be resold as new

The amount of the partial refund will depend on the condition of the returned product and will be determined at our discretion.

3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process above and indicate the item you would like in exchange. If the exchange item is of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the difference. If it is of lesser value, we will refund the difference.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for the item to be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

5. Service Cancellations

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our lawn and garden care services. If you are not satisfied with a service we have provided, please notify us within 7 days of service completion. We will return to your property to address the issue at no additional cost.

Service Package Cancellations

For recurring service packages:

  • Cancellations received with at least 14 days' notice before the next scheduled service will not incur any cancellation fees.
  • Cancellations received with less than 14 days' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the service cost.
  • No refunds will be issued for services already rendered as part of a package.

For prepaid service packages, refunds for unused services will be prorated based on the services already rendered and any applicable discounts that were applied to the package price.
